  1. Oh wow. Absolutely positive true! I find that when I am distraught or going through a moment, it is time for me to get a new goal, think about things in a different (creative) way and embark on my plan of action. Yes! Thinking and doing things differently has worked for me.

  2. We seem to share a similar process. I also realize I have some reprogramming to do to change worrysome/negative/doubtful thoughts and attitudes that have been ingrained.
